Small business website design servicesYour website, from the first idea.

You don’t need to know how websites work. Tell me what you do, who you help, and what you’d like people to do when they find you.

Day One Website

Your business has a day one. Your website should be ready for it.

Up to five pages, designed and built by me, online and easy for you to update. After launch I keep it running for $100 a month, so the website isn’t one more thing on your list.

This is for you if

  • You’re starting a business, or you started one and still don’t have a website.
  • You’d rather hand the website to one person than learn how to build one.
  • You want to change your own text without calling anyone.
  • Your customers usually find you on their phone.
  • You want to know the price before anything starts.

Probably not for you if

  • You’re looking for the cheapest website you can get. There are cheaper options, and I’ll tell you which ones.
  • You want to adjust every pixel yourself in a website builder.

What you get with a Day One Website

  • Up to five pages, designed for phones and computers
  • Two rounds of design changes
  • Hosting, set up for you
  • An editor for your text, and a walkthrough of how to use it
  • A contact form that sends inquiries to your email
  • A privacy policy and the basic legal pages (standard pages, not legal advice)
  • Analytics, so you can see how people find you
  • Google Search Console connected and your sitemap submitted at launch
  • Set up so Google and AI assistants can read your business details (structured data and clean markup)

What I’ll do

  • Read your brief and reply with questions within one business day.
  • Plan the pages with you, then send a quote with the pages, the price and the timing.
  • Design the site, show it to you, and make two rounds of changes.
  • Build it, set up hosting, analytics and Search Console, and launch it.
  • Show you how to edit your text.

What you’ll do

  • Tell me about your business and your customers. A rough idea is enough to start.
  • Send your logo, photos and text. Don’t have the text? Add copywriting.
  • Give feedback on time, so we keep the launch date.
  • Give me access to your domain, if you already have one.
  • Pay the first invoice before work starts.

Day One Website. Two ways to pay.

For small businesses in the US, starting with Florida. Tell me what you need and I’ll send you a personal quote.

Both options include up to five pages, mobile design, two design revision rounds, hosting, an editor for your content, and ongoing technical care. You also get 30 minutes of small content updates each month.

Pay for the build upfront

$2,500

+ $100/month for care

Pay for your website at the start, then keep it running with monthly care.

Transfer your website once the build is fully paid. Cancel care with 30 days’ notice.

Spread the cost monthly

$250/month

18-month initial commitment

The build and care together in one monthly payment. After 18 paid months, continue care at $100/month or transfer your website.

Initial total: $4,500 ($2,700 build + $1,800 care). Early exit with website transfer: $150 per remaining month to pay off the build; future care charges stop.

Add what you need

Add-ons, prices and who each one is for
Add-onPriceWho it’s for
Extra page$300 per pageFive pages aren’t enough: a page per service, a menu, a gallery.
Copywriting$750, up to five pagesYou know your business, but writing about it is the hard part. I write the text with you.
Second language (English ↔ Spanish)$500, up to five pagesYour customers speak both. The whole site in both languages, with a switch between them.
Simple logo$400You don’t have a logo yet and don’t need a full brand. One clean logo, in the files you need for the web and for print.
Local SEO starter$500You want to show up when people nearby search for what you do. I set up your Google Business Profile with you (Google asks the owner to verify it), improve each page’s titles and descriptions for local searches, and list your business in the main directories. You get a one-page summary of what I did and what comes next.
Website & SEO review$200, credited toward a redesignYou already have a website and want to know what’s holding it back. I review it and send you a written list of what to fix, in order. If you hire me for the redesign, the $200 comes off.
Bookings & paymentsQuoted for your projectCustomers need to book a time or pay online. The price depends on the tool.
PhotographyQuoted for your projectYou need real photos of your food, your place or your team. A photographer I work with takes them.

Prices in USD. Online stores are quoted separately. Your quote confirms the scope, any taxes and third-party costs before you commit.

Tell me about your business

A few answers. A personal quote. No commitment.

A clear path to launch

Your website includes up to five pages and two rounds of design changes. Once your content, access, and initial payment are ready, we’ll aim to launch within 10 business days, with time for your feedback.

If content or feedback takes longer, we’ll adjust the launch date together.

Help after launch

Your care plan covers hosting, software updates, security checks, and uptime monitoring: if your site goes down, I get the alert and fix it. It also includes 30 minutes of small content updates each month. Email me what you need. I reply within one business day, and most small updates take two business days.

Every month you also get a short report: how many people visited, how many inquiries came in, and what I fixed or changed.

Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. The allowance resets monthly without rollover. Bigger changes are quoted before work starts. Already have a website I didn’t build? Start with the Website & SEO review ($200). If the site is in good shape, it can join care at $100 a month.

Who I build for

I work with businesses across Florida and the rest of the US, remotely, in English or Spanish.

Restaurants and food businesses, contractors and home services, health practices like therapists and dentists, and advisors, coaches and creators.

Doing something else? Tell me about it. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so.
