Full terms
Pay upfront: the build is paid at the start. Monthly care covers hosting, maintenance, and help with small changes. Transfer your website once the build is fully paid. Cancel care with 30 days’ notice.
Pay monthly: $250/month covers build and care, with an 18-month commitment. Initial total: $4,500 ($2,700 build + $1,800 care). After 18 paid months, continue care at $100/month or transfer your website. Early exit with transfer: $150 per remaining month to pay off the build; future care charges stop.
Care includes 30 minutes of small content changes each month, without rollover. Prices in USD. Copywriting, extra pages, additional languages, booking tools, and online stores are quoted separately. Your quote confirms extras, applicable taxes, and third-party costs.

Do I need to know anything about websites?
Not at all. Tell me about your business and what you want customers to do. I’ll guide you through the decisions and take care of the technical work.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Your website comes with a way to edit your own text, so everyday content changes don’t need a developer. We’ll decide what you need to manage as part of your project.
What if I don’t have my content ready?
We can start with what you have. If you’d like help finding the words, copywriting support can be included in your personal quote.
How much does a website cost?
Choose $2,500 for the build plus $100/month care, or $250/month for 18 months, then $100/month for continued care. Both cover up to five pages. Your quote confirms extras, taxes, and third-party costs before we start.
How long does it take to launch?
We aim for 10 business days after your content, access, and initial payment are ready, with timely feedback from you. If materials or feedback take longer, we agree on a revised launch date.
Can I move my website later?
Yes, once the build is fully paid. With the monthly plan, an early transfer requires $150 per remaining month to pay off the build; future care charges stop. Upfront-plan care can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
What happens after I send my brief?
I’ll review your answers and follow up by email to clarify the details. From there, we agree on the scope, quote, and timeline together.
Can we work together in Spanish?
Yes. We can talk through your project in English or Spanish. If your website needs both languages, I’ll include that separately in your quote.
